The App-Tek Flammable Gas Head is a certified product consisting
of a combustible gas sensing head, an amplifier board and an
electrical junction box (enclosure), primarily designed to monitor
the atmosphere continuously for hazardous levels of the flammable
gas or vapour. The instrument is suitable for light industrial
and commercial use.
A wide input voltage (12-24V) to the amplifier is acceptable
while ensuring a highly stable and accurately repeatable 4-20mA
source output. Field wiring of up to 2.5mm2 can be easily connected
into the terminal inside the junction box. Features:

Flammable Gas Head Controller
The TP488 multi Channel Controller provides the versatility
and flexibility needed to suit applications where monitoring
more than one input with relay switching outputs, and/or retransmission
(optional), is required. All calibration and setting up is achieved
by user pushbuttons, using easy to follow “on display” messages.
Programming functions include decimal point, digital filter,
and relay set point parameters, number of input channels, calibration
and scaling.
The instrument accepts 4 to 20mA input sensors Three- (3) wire.
Each input may be individually calibrated, the instrument retains
the calibration values in non volatile memory.
The set point relays may be individually configured for high
/ or low alarm, relay trip delay, normally open or normally
closed operation. Individual relay may be allocated to any input
channel or a number of input channels.
Flexible programming allows the user to select the number of
inputs and outputs required.
Optional outputs include isolated analog or serial retransmission.
A data logging option is available (all active channels logged)
with logged data being downloaded via the serial output option.
